NHS Charges

We accept NHS patients where eligible. NHS treatments are charged per band, not per visit.

  • Emergency / Urgent Treatment From £27.90
    Immediate care for pain, swelling or dental emergencies.
  • Band 1 From £27.90
    Includes check-up, diagnosis, preventive advice, X-rays and scale/polish if needed.
  • Band 2 £76.60
    All Band 1 items plus fillings, root canals and extractions.
  • Band 3 £332.10
    All Band 1 and 2 items plus crowns, dentures, bridges or other lab work.
    • *NHS charges are set nationally and reviewed each April. Current rates apply from 1 April 2026.*

Are You Exempt from NHS Charges?

You may not have to pay for NHS dental care if you receive:

  • Income Support
  • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
  • Guarantee Pension Credit
  • A valid HC2 certificate

Partial help: An HC3 certificate may reduce how much you need to pay.

Children under 18 (or under 19 in full-time education), pregnant patients and new mothers (within 12 months of giving birth) also receive free NHS dental care.

Not Covered by NHS

These services are only available privately:

  • Dental Implants
  • Tooth Whitening
  • Cosmetic treatments (e.g. Veneers, SmileAlign)

All private treatment plans include a full written quote. If your plan changes, we’ll update it in writing before proceeding.
